Superior Pavement Maintenance is an asphalt paving contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property maintenance.
Your parking lots and roads are a large investment for you. Properly maintained pavement can have a life expectancy of 25 years or more. If your pavement shows signs of thin or wide cracks, alligator cracks, potholes small or large, or edges of pavement are breaking away, we can help.
By sealing the cracks, patching the potholes, and applying a fresh coat of seal, you can extend the life of your investment and maintain a pleasing appearance to your property.
We also can provide crack routing which involves cutting along the crack to provide a uniform rectangular reservoir in which the sealant is to be placed. This allows more sealant material to be applied to adhere better with the asphalt. Crack routing also allows the sealant level to remain below the surface of the pavement. This protects the sealant material from traffic and snowplow damage.
We recommend regular maintenance of your pavement, to prevent bigger expenses down the road, such as an expensive overlay.
Many cracked and dry lots can be restored to a 'close to new' appearance at a very reasonable cost.
